PW75 System is solid

I've been a customer of The President Water Company for a while now, probably my third purchase from them. This time I went for the PW75 Whole Home Vortex Water Structuring Device. It's pretty consistent with their other products – good quality, does what it says. Installation was straightforward, just like the Under Sink unit I bought last year. The water definitely feels different throughout the house, which is why I keep coming back. My only small issue is the website navigation could be a little smoother when looking for installation guides.

Got the Structured Water Pitcher Insert

I was looking for a way to improve my tap water without spending a ton. Saw the Structured Water Pitcher Insert and figured it was worth a shot, especially with their free shipping offer. It wasn't a huge discount, but every little bit helps. The water tastes noticeably cleaner now, which is great. I just wish there were more details on the page about how long it's supposed to last before needing a replacement. Still, for the price, it feels like a good investment.

Smooth order, great product

I ordered the PW75 Whole Home Vortex Water Structuring Device about a month ago. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was straightforward. I had a quick question about installation before I bought, so I used their online chat. Support was responsive and helpful, clarifying that professional plumbing wasn't strictly required but recommended for those uncomfortable with basic home plumbing. The device arrived in 5 days, well-packaged and with clear instructions. Installation took my husband and me a couple of hours, mostly just getting the pipes cut and reconnected. The water genuinely feels softer and tastes better. We've noticed less scale build-up in the kettle too. Overall, a really positive experience from start to finish.

Good product, slow shipping

I purchased the PW Garden and Irrigation Vortexer for my garden beds. The product itself seems well-made and was simple to connect to my existing hose system. I've definitely seen some improved growth and healthier-looking plants since I started using it, which is great. However, shipping took a full 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long for a domestic order. I also noticed the shipping tracker wasn't updated for a few days in the middle, which made me wonder where it was. Customer service was polite when I called about it, but didn't offer much clarity beyond 'it's on its way.' The value for money seems fair for the quality of the device, but they could definitely improve on their shipping speed and communication.

Shower Head Vortex Attachment

I got the Shower Head Vortex Attachment a few weeks ago and it's been pretty nice. Installation was a breeze, took like five minutes. The water feels a bit softer, which I appreciate since my skin gets dry easily. Shipping was quick too, showed up in about 4 days. Only thing is, I thought the flow might be a bit stronger, but it's not a dealbreaker.

Good quality, fast shipping

Ordered a Portable Vortex Water Device. Arrived quickly. Water tastes better. Happy with the purchase. The packaging was a little excessive.

Fast delivery, works well

Got the Portable Vortex Water Device. Ordered it Tuesday, arrived Friday. Quick shipping. Water tastes better, seems smoother. Happy with the purchase.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This is my third purchase from President Water Co. I first got the PW50 Under Sink device a year ago, then a Shower Head Vortex Attachment, and most recently, the Structured Water Pitcher Insert. Each time, the ordering process has been consistent and easy. Shipping has always been reliable, usually within 4-6 business days to my address. The quality of their products is what keeps me coming back; they feel durable and perform as expected. The pitcher insert is a nice addition for daily drinking water. It's good to know I can count on them for these types of products.
